This seems like the next step at the moment. From what my installer said is that there is a different reading. 
FYI when setting the grid trickle feed to 50w, it does show up on the grid section yes it showed 50w trickling from the grid. 

 
Yes perhaps not the best idea to trust Eskom, so thanks for highlighting again that perhaps I am getting (or someone is taking) the wrong reading for Eskom (even though it has been sort of constant 3 times in row now). I will try to contact Eskom to show me what the reading is, or perhaps see if the lock was perhaps left unlocked and have a look myself.
