  1. Firmware 1202012 (said on the box 2020C). So think this is latest.
  2. I was directed to Dave Havenga (Goodwe rep Southern Africa): [email protected] He responded to my query about RMA, so maybe he can advise? My setup is running in UPS (backup) mode, and it's sometimes failing to reconnect to the grid, not sure why.
  3. Did you ever work out what was going on with this? I've got a similar problem (with my replacement Goodwe inverter), and can't access the "Off-Grid Output" option either.
  4. Hello, I've got a Goodwe 5048D-ES hybrid setup (12x335W panels, 3 Pylontech batteries), and it's been running well for a year without issues. However, the other day it made a bang, and we lost power (was at night, no major loads, taking power from the grid, not the batteries - we get a lot of load shedding, so save the batteries for late night use if necessary). The installers checked it and said it was fine (they didn't open it), though the LED lights on the front had stopped working. However, next evening, the same thing happened. It seems to reset itself much later on, ie seems dead for several hours, but hard to tell with no LEDs. The problem is that I live in Zimbabwe, and imported it from South Africa (couldn't find Goodwe locally). Am I covered by Goodwe's warranty? How would I go about getting it looked at? Or does anyone know a Goodwe tech in Zim? Or any ideas what the issue could be - I'm tempted to get it opened up, but that will invalidate the warranty.
