Thank you Columb for your help.
I however failed to repair the inverter BUT I was contacted by Reinier who lives in Wolmaransstad and I live in Cape town.  he told me what to do to repair the inverter The Problem was that I didn't replace all the components that he asked me to replace.  Hence the problem wasn't resolved. He then offered to pay for the courier service  from my home and back as a favour to me. I trusted that he will be honest enough to fix and return the inverter.  
I must say after chatting to Reinier it restored  my faith that there are good honest ppl still left in this world.  And extremely knowledgeable. He knows these inverters inside out. I promise anyone who listens to Reiniers Problem solving tips will save you a lot of time and money. 
He had the inverter fixed in 20 minutes after it landed on his table and sent me proof that it was working..even replaced those SMDs that i  was advised to replace but those SMDs wasnt the problem. I dont think it will be fair for me to give away his trade secrets lol. I will let him decide if he wants to or not .lol
I'm not sure if Reinier is available to help but my experience with Reinier and his extreme honesty knowledge and kind heart really blew me away. I just wanted to tell my story.
