    Hi Solar Assistant, I have a Shoto battery and link it to a Synerji inverter using ICC and a 712 BMV (which in my case isn't very reliable) and am keen to purchase your software and cable. Do you have a manual yet that sets out the features of your product?

    Thank you for the prompt reply. Can you recommend a specialist that can set up the ICC option as you have recommended as I don’t have the knowledge to do this myself.

    Good morning, I have a 1 year old Synerji 5kv48 inverter and am about to buy the Hubble battery. How do I check what firmware version is I stay on my inverter and how do I upgrade to the required firmware version so that it is fully compatible with the Hubble? Thank you for taking the time to assist a solar rookie.
