Hi @Coulomb - Thanks for your answer and sharing the article - great insights of what is changed..... OK, so I guess I need to add this portion to my question: I used to use 4 x 12V Lead Acid batteries. But have now replaced them with a lithium 15S bank, with a Daly BMS on it. So it works great... - Do I need to change my inverter firmware to accommodate the Lithium pack now, or just leave it as is? Thanks, Gert

HI @Coulomb I see the LC and LF firmware. Question - what would the implications be if the "wrong" version is loaded? Operationally, what is the difference in the firmware? Thanks, Gert

Hi, My setting 2 is set to 140A, BUT my 31 was disabled. I have now enabled it and will check what influence it has today. Inverter temp runs between 35 and 40 degrees, depending on load - never seen the temp go up with just charging though. Will let you know - thanks for your response. Gert

Hi, OK, so my panels are 3 x 330 in series, and then 5 of those strings in parallel. VOC sits at 125V DC, and inverter sticker says 145 MAX, so I think I am within bounds? Gert

Hi, I have 5 strings of 3 330W Panels connected to my Mecer. YES - I know I am nearing 5kW PV, but have done so for a reason. See, my MPPT/PV amps never exceed 60A, although the sticker says 80A PV. Is it a print fault perhaps? Then, if it IS only 60A, can I get a replacement MPPT card that is 80A perhaps? Thanks, Gert

Hi @Coulomb, OK, seems it has resolved itself. What happened is it did not go bulk then float. Example: BAT V = 49V Float set to 54V Bulk set to 57.4 Charge will be running, and once the battery reached 54V, it will switch to float (according to mecer). So it does not go to 57.4. But today, it seems to be OK - maybe it was a bit confused what it is actually doing... Thank you for your response. Gert

Hi, I have loaded the latest firmware as per my knowledge 72.20E. But it seems the float bug is still present. Is there any later firmware that I should load to resolve? Thanks, Gert
