    Finally received the files after Louise Armstrong got involved. Their normal support process is simply not effective.

    Can anybody assist with the latest Sunsynk 8.8kw firmware file to do a local upgrade? This seems to be the file version that Sunsynk is unable to get installed. MCU1-SG-Ver0000-E43D-CK.bin Sunsynk support is beyond useless. Client down for 9 days already after their remote firmware upgrade failed and nobody at Sunsynk takes any ownership to resolve the matter. Logging a Complaint does not help and phoning them just resulted in another promise that it will be escalated and attended to with no action being taken.
