  2. Sunsynk time delay before using batteries during power outage

    Have some of you maybe had a similar occurrence when there is load shedding that the Sunsynk inverter switches off completely and after 45 - 60 sec starts up and only then makes use of the batteries? I have 2 clients where we have installed 10KVA Sunsynk with 10KWH Lithium and 8KWP solar modules each and they both get this fault occurrence. Thanks.
