Featured Replies

Hi,

I have 3 pylontech 2.4kw US2000C since June, and now the "SOC" from "master" battery it`s slower than other two. Only on discharge.
On this example, i have cherge to 100%, and they have discharging like this:

Anyone have this problem before?

thanks

Are your battery cables attached to the inverter as follows;

Master has +ve to inverter and the negative cable comes out the bottom, so positive to inverter at top battery (master) and negative to inverter at bottom?

Cant think of why your issue persists...

Do the batteries all charge to 100%?

Hopefully somebody else will see if they can help.

Hi,

yes, the batteries chage to 100%, and the connection are like you say...

I don´t have any problem since June, i think the problem is the BMS...

It´s possible make hard reset to pylon?

Hello Marco Castro,

I have the same problem with my 4 pylontech batteries. One of them drops to 0% SOC when the 3 other drop to 20-30%.

Did you manage to solve the problem ?

Thanks.
