Below some sample real measurements of my install for this month.

NOTES:

  • Battery was only installed on 6th.
  • Most of the grid is from my old 3kW inefficient geyser in the morning before the sun comes up. (my next project then that geyser dies)
  • plus about 300W - 500W odd feed off grid in the morning hours after the battery runs to 40% SOC. [have not done SOC lower than 40% yet]
  • plus the odd days when my tenant decides to cook up a storm in the flat 😞

Hi @StickeyTape

I see you use similar hardware to me as well as Solar Assistant.

Can you please check what Solar Assistant shows as your battery capacity and cycles on the Hubbles?

My capacity for 3 batteries shows as 261Ah and my cycles are also clocking up very fast. The one pasted below shows 57 cycles, but I've only had the batteries for 28 days and definitively don't cycle them twice a day.

Thanks.

Howsit!

I don't see that stats for Pack #1 so cant tell you the detail reflected there. I only get the Dashboard > Battery stats in your top picture.  Do you monitor via the Sunsynk Inverter or via a direct connection between SA and the batteries?   I monitor it via the inverter and bms - maybe that is why there is different view. Not sure.

Thanks, yes I have a cable to the batteries as well. It was useful as SA showed me that my battery capacity is below what it should be. It dropped to 248Ah now. I discussed with Hubble and will be sending the batteries to them to test.
