I used 2x US3000 batteries for the last 16 months, about 160 cycles - can't check because they are with the suppliers.   Last week the master battery's alarm light apears and it was established that that cells 1 - 5 are over temp (63 degrees).  I haven't heard from the suppliers yet, but has anyone else experienced something similar with Pylontech batteries AND what causes this?
