November 18, 20223 yr Good day I have a 5kw Lux Power inverter paired with a Dyeness A48100 4,8kWh Lithium - ion battery. Unfortunately the battery does not communicate with the inverter, So we have been using it under "Lead-Acid". for the last 3 weeks or so it appears that our battery parameter settings were set to default resulting in the battery completely dying and the house without power, When it should of switched over to the grid. Yesterday I went through the Inverter settings using the luxpower monitor app, And for some reason my battery parameters were all reset to default (i.e Cut Off Voltage 42V, EOD Discharge Grid on 42V) I was only able to set the EOD Discharge Grid On voltage using the app. When I tried to set the Discharge cut off voltage it would give me "Operation failed, Error code 3". Therefor I opted to set those two values directly on the inverter using the LCD Display. This morning the battery cut out at about 2AM with 20% SOC Remaining, Indicating that the battery discharge cut off setting is working as it should however the End of Discharge Grid on setting is still not working despite the two settings being set to the same value of 47V according to the battery manual. I have changed the EOD Grid on to 47.7V from 47V in hopes that it will take effect tonight. Something to keep in mind is that In our 5 months of ownership we have not updated the inverters firmware Please advise on solutions to solve this problem.
