Pylontech Batteries stuck on idle

Hi all,

Please help, these Pylontech US2000C batteries are driving me insane!

I have added 3 x US2000C batteries to my solar system and they seem to be stuck in an idle state. Im sure everything is connected correctly and they are fully charged. They are connected to a luxpower storage inverter but the app shows the batteries as diconnected. Im sure I am doing something stupid... please help....

    The luxpower unit has finally thrown a warning about the communication cable. Does anyone know the correct pin out for rj45 CAN between luxpower and pylontech? I have tried what is suggested in the manuals but it doesnt seem to work.
