May 13, 20224 yr We've been having rolling blackouts lately in Pakistan. Since last evening, the InfiniPlus 10KW inverter isn't going to Grid Mode (stays in Battery Mode), initially I thought it was grid frequency issue but after several hours, checked the inverter and it was flashing Warning code 9. From infini manual: warning 9 = Line phase loss = The phase of grid is not in right sequence. Does the warning basically mean that line phases from the grid are not in correct order? Is this 100% a grid issue? My installer is saying to just have the electrician re-order the incoming phase wires and that will fix it, since we have no idea how long before the idiots at the utility realize phases are messed up.
