June 16, 20224 yr My shine phone app started giving me a network error message. after a few failed login attempts I got a username or password error message. I tried the "forgot password" on the log in screen and it said that e-mail has been sent to me. The e-mail never arrive. and i did it again ... no success. what can i do to get the app to work.

Following.... My Chrome browser is also giving me a network error when trying to go to my solar Web based APP. It is only on their Web page. All other Internet Apps work fine. I then moved to another browser and this Web page works perfectly. 😊
