July 26, 20223 yr Mine was also acting weird earlier. Said my battery was 0% when it was around 70%. Seems to have sorted itself out now.
July 26, 20223 yr Confirm also seeing the PV statistics not recording correctly. Battery was dropping to 0% SOC intermittently. Other stats now seem to be OK, just PV missing on both real-time and historical. Since 8:40 this morning (26/07/2022) PV Graph missing post 8:30 Battery SOC = 0% intermittently Battery discharge = 445kW 😏🙄 Edited July 26, 20223 yr by HiTech add graphs
July 26, 20223 yr Mine did the same between 11:45 and 13:00 today(26 jul 2022). SOC showed 0% but on the battery and the physical sunsynk inverter it showed 100%. Glitch with sunsynk’s web portal?

Would be a issue during load-shedding, but can get around it for now, as long as it does not influence long term statistics - As I posted above - the battery discharge. This will result in having to go for Solar Assistant, Thingsboard, or other pretty soon. As both SunSynk and Cloudlink are not proving to be resourceful sources of information.

I did hear Keith say that they are moving the servers to a new datacenter. I wonder if this is the problem of the app not working correct..

November 11, 20232 yr Hi all. My app isn't showing solar on it. Its a bright sunny day but since the system went live on Thursday nothing is showing up for solar. Any ideas? Thanks
