August 12, 20223 yr Having some challenges getting my SA to talk to the Dyness battery. I bought the cable from SA and followed the instructions as detailed here but every time i try get the SA Pi to talk to the battery i get an error - 'Unable to connect' Has anyone got this to work - i feel like im missing something

Im on the latest version in the beta stream so i get the option to select Dyness etc. Did you have to turn the batteries off before / after setting the dip switches?
August 14, 20223 yr Author Got it to work - the noob in me forgot to restart the battery pack itself when changing the dip switches... stats now showing up
