LuxPower SNA5000 with Greenrich 5kw

Featured Replies

Hi

Hope someone can assist me, I have a Lux SNA5000 connected to a Greenrich 5kw Battery.

My question is why does the Lux pickup that the battery is 50ah instead of the 100ah it should be? I have seen a couple of people complain about this even on the Pylontech batteries.

Lux just refers me back to Greenrich.

HI, Dutchzan

the Greenwich has issued the updated firmware of BMS, now it shows all capacity of power bank (if you have more 1 battery). but old version of firmware (shows 50AH)  is not effected any performance of battery.

Hi Bruce

Do you perhaps know where I can get the firmware from?
