October 5, 20223 yr I have a new Sunpolo 8kw inverter (the inside is exactly as the Axpert Max 7200-48). When I power on the unit, the display works, but it comes with an error on display: running status: failure. No matter what working mode I choose, solar, AC, etc... it never output AC (AC output is 0V) I checked both fuses inside and did a visible inspection, however nothing looks burned ... I never hear a relay clicking, the power switch makes no difference (on - off) Can someone point me in the right direction where to search? Thanks a lot !!!!!
