Hubble AM2 5.5

Has anyone experienced problems accessing the BMS data with tools like  pbms or Solar Assist. I cannot see the charge and discharge voltages in AGM mode on either pack1 or pack2 which I was able to in the past

Rather strange. I have Solar Assistent with USB connection to my Inverter and the other USB connection to my battery. And even if I use a user defined mode I can monitor my BMS data directly from the battery.
Could it be that you have a faulty cable?

Cable is new. Problem occurred when I did the proposed AGM discharge and charge to balance SOH. As I moved from 44v discharge to charge I experienced the problem. Strange indeed

I have never used AGM mode with my Hubble. I use the "USE" mode and set the voltages. Do this once a month for a day or two just to get the voltages back up to the bulk charge voltage. I disconnect the BMS Inverter to Battery cable for that time period. Had no comms issues with SA so far when doing this.

Thx. Not sure if my BMS is damaged. My Deye just shows battery at 100% and Solar Assist is slowly dropping from 53.7v to 53.3v
