Hi All,

 

So I need some help. I have a surface mounted 3 gang light switch on my patio which controls my braai light and 2 outdoor spotlights. I just replaced the switch with a 3 gang smart switch. Here is where the problem comes in, gang 2 and gang 3(lights) will only turn on if gang 1 is on. There are 4 neutrals in total which I grouped together with a single wire into the neutral in on the switch (not sure if this is part of the issue?) Any help on how to resolve this so that they all operate independently? Thanks in advance.

We probably will need more details on your 3-gang smart switch. What brand? Exact model?

I have a bunch of Sonoff T0 smart wall switches with a few of them also in 3-gang. I can completely independently switch each gang.

I have to admit though that I cannot remember how many neutrals I have...
