Hy luxpower 5kw sna shuts down momentarily 3 seconds during loadshedding.Battery 5.1kw shoto.Any advise

Any data that indicates the power draw before shutdown?

I have a Luxpower 5kv hybrid inverter with a Shoto 5.1kwh li-on battery. The battery is communicating with the inverter via CAN cable. I also have 8x450watt Canadian solar panels. I regularly get a "Battery Voltage High" error. When this happens the power dips for a moment and then moves to grid only (even though their might be solar available). This lasts for about 5min when it goes back to normal.

 

Any advice or is this normal i.e. the method used by inverter to make sure battery voltage does not go too high?

I also have a 5kw luxpower sna inverter and about 2 days ago I had some very weird data coming out.A couple of battery voltage too high and also a string going to zero output even though it was sunny.In general some unstable activity on the inverter

Hi Nicholas i see you put 12x425 panels on a sna5000 install,i would like to do the same,is it safe as the voc is goes over 480 then,any suggestions pls to get max from my luxpower sna 5000

Have you guys managed to get this resolved? I got a couple of firmware updates that seem to resolve the EPS Voltage high issue but still getting the high battery voltage errors

I have not been able to sort out the high voltage errors on the battery. Happens every second day or so.
