I have a 3kVA 48V Axpert Inverter, with 4 x 100AH Lead Acid batteries and 6 x250W Solar Panels, system has been working quite well, load never exceeds 1200W.

The Inverter has started making a buzzing noise, any thoughts or suggestions, I have bypassed the system for now.

    The only reports we had around here is specific kinds of loads, a heat gun or a hair straightener, things with weird non-linear waveforms. Barring that... I doubt anyone will be able to guess. Perhaps you can make a recording and the guys who know those inverters can tell you?
