I've recently installed 5Kw Lux power Off grid SNA inverter with 2 X 5 kwh FiveStar Luthium batteries connected parallelly. Everything seems to be working fine, however my concern is that the app shows the Batt Parallel Num :0 and Battery Capacity: 100 Ah. Shouldn't these read Batt Parallel Num :1 and Battery Capacity: 200 Ah?

I have never worked with a FiveStar but here is some general Li-battery troubleshooting, it sounds like there is something wrong with the comms between the 2 batteries. If you're only getting one battery; check if there is an RJ45 jumper missing, check that the comms cables are all connected correctly and make sure the addresses for both batteries are set right.

I have one Greenrich UP-5000 100aH battery connected to my Lux SNA5000, and the app shows Batt Parallel Num: 1, and Batt Capacity 50Ah.

I have selected Battery type/vendor: 2 in the battery menu. If i choose battery type 0, it changes the Battery Capacity to 999Ah.

I think something very broken in the software code... but the percentage capacity SOC on the app matches with the battery percentage status on the battery, so Im not going to loose sleep over it.
