I installed the inverter in my mom's flat. The inverter stopped working. I suspect it was damaged by lightning or power surge. The inverter was sent to Rectron as a warranty claim in August 2022. I thought it was going to take ages to get it repaired. I could not wait. I bought and installed a new inverter at my mom's flat. A week later Rectron contacted me to inform my they replaced the board and that I can come and collect it. The inverter is as new. I collected the inverter. It is still in the box as received back from Rectron. I have not even opened it yet.
