Is Narada MPG a AGM or Gel battery? Needs equalization charge?

Website implies that its a AGM battery as well as a Gel battery, so which one is it?

The manual says to equalize it periodically as well, however, I read online that Gel batteries should not be equalized BUT AGM batteries should be. So is it ok for me to perform an Equalization charge on these batteries?
