February 16, 20233 yr Hi, I have a Growatt SPF 5000 ES, 2 x Dyness A48100 Batteries, all was working fine, today I fitted Solarassistant and removed the cable from battery to inverter BMS and put it in RS485 on Inverter, everything shut down, I then put it back to BMS on Inverter and everything came back on, however now I am getting an error code 19 on the Inverter, batteries are on and showing full bars of power. What else can I do? I have shut everything down and rebooted, still no luck

If you have a multimeter and know how to use it, also measure the DC voltage across the battery terminals. Edited February 16, 20233 yr by Kilowatt Power

July 15, 20233 yr I have the same error code 19 but batteries are only at 39 v. I havnot connected any solar pv so using the Utility to charge, when we lucky enough to get any power. I am using Utility first settings and "USE2" for battery settings - so no comms with the 2 x 48v Life po. Does anyone know how to force the inverter to use the utility to charge the batteries ? It seems the battery voltage is too low so inverter is just operating in bypass mode and will not charge.
