Optimizing Inverter Settings for Load Shedding: Seeking Advice

Featured Replies

Looking for advice on controlling inverters for load shedding. I have excess PV generation at high state of charge (SoC), but dropping SoC leads to power outages. Seeking solutions from those with experience and / or viable solutions. Thanks, Matt

I have a 'basic' setting that I use for normal days and light loadshedding.

If we're in higher stages, then I dynamically adjust my settings based on the expected time of loadshedding. That's where for me SolarAssistant is absolutely worth the investment as I can change my settings whenever I want to and from wherever in the world

thanks, will def check it out. I have a sunsynk system with the dongle so can change the settings through the sunsynk app. Is your app similar to the sunsynk app or is there other functionality in it?

Great thanks so much, i will definitely have a look at it. I see you reference people with clients in the pdf document, can i sign up and use it as an end user or do you only deal with installers? Also could you tell me, do you update my settings remotely and dynamically according to load shedding schedules in my area?
