SUNSYNK UPS Load Negative Reading

Recommended Posts

Good day everyone, I just installed the SUNSYNK 5kw inverter with SUNSYNK 5kWh battery.

Been using for few days, all function is working nicely, except for I got strange negative readings on UPS load. Photos as below together with key settings, which is based on this video (58) SunSynk Work Modes Setup - YouTube fron Green Pro.

Before I call the installer to mess up with everything, any idea where could go wrong and perhaps how can I fix it myself? Many thanks!

Inverter power limiter should be set at 5000W

Those Green Pro videos are not accurate

CT is installed, sometimes there’s a reading but sometime not.
I tested the 5000w in power limiter, but nothing changed, everything stays the same.
However in day time when solar kicks in, everything looks good and reasonable.
Any theory why it looks like this?
