What is the max charge current set on the 75/15?

    If you have an ampere meter that can do 20 amps, you could just short-circuit the panel and check that you get the rated 12 amps. Then you at least know the panel is good. Can't damage it either, a panel operating at Pmax runs at pretty much that current anyway.
