Infinisolar 5kw error code 12 - PV1 stop working

Hi everyone

i have infinisolar 5 kw connected with 9 modules  * 320W  on PV1 and 3 * 320 module on PV2,  this afternoon i get warning 12 on screen !

 

i think the SCC is faulty .....or stop working probably.

 

i think the PV modules gives more power than usual today ! that's it ?

 

any idea or service manual could help , i will be appreciated
