i get some news Voltronic engineer confirm that they cant roll back "After you downgrade the inverter then you could not upgrade the inverter again." Could anyone advice me about this issue?

Hello everyone yesterday I have decided to parallel my MKS 5KW together and I had factory firmware V72.61. unfortunately, this firmware downgrades my unit to 4000W instead of 5000W. so now I want to roll back the firmware and bring my unit back to 5000W. beside my other unit with factory firmware 74.10 without a change in its firmware. here is a photo of my MKS 5KW. I have tried to ask Voltronic to send the original firmware but they answer that V72.61 is correct firmware and I would change control board! I still believe that there is a dummy firmware or any other version can let us upgrade the firmware to 74.10 or compatible firmware with this unit to work as 5000W any ideas I will be thankful .

I want to produce 3 phase from 3 inverters but I want the charger work only on one device. or all three device charge without bypass utility to the loads I have tried multi-setup and configuration but nothing! I just wonder if someone gets in this situation and tried any configuration can solve this issue without adding an extra inverter separated to charge from the single phase (work only for single phase loads and charge the batteries from utility)

Hello everyone. I had installed a three Axpert 5kw MKSII to produce 3 phase , and I only have single phase input. So how could I program the inverters to disable line mode or bypass relay? any ideas? I only need the utility to charge the battery from single phase and I want the inverter to produce 3 phase , what should I do in this case. Is there is any program in this device can stop the bypass and make the utility charge only without turn into the loads with bypass function! I have tried to connect only one device to the utility to charge the batteries but the utility didn't start to feed the device until the other 2 units connected with utility.

Main 73.00 SCC : 4.12 yes its genuine from Voltronic Power. Yes, Of course the date is 1/2017. i saw new versions but with pf=1 has firmware 74.10 and higher and i thought it would be good upgrade . thanks of advice @Coulomb @Chris Hobson

Hi everyone i have infinisolar 5 kw connected with 9 modules * 320W on PV1 and 3 * 320 module on PV2, this afternoon i get warning 12 on screen ! i think the SCC is faulty .....or stop working probably. i think the PV modules gives more power than usual today ! that's it ? any idea or service manual could help , i will be appreciated

hi my name is Malek i have Axpert V-series inverter and i think it have a bug in software. once the AC start charging the fan keep running continuously even after fully charge. but if i made a rest for parameters the device work probably for just one time and its back to same bug . any idea or is there is any update !
