Greetings to all, 

I have a defective Inverter Charger Easun Isolar SPS 3KW, it does not detect the PV panels voltage. I opened the case and found 2 defective mosfets, (IRFB3306PBF MOSFET, N, 60V, TO-220AB). 

Could you please help me with a schematic for the PWM charger? I found one Axpert 3kva schematic but it is missing exactly this PWM charger part. It has 6 mosfets IRFB3306, but only 2 seem to be defective. I attach also some photos for reference.
