Im in need of advise on the Blue mountain inverters.

 

Any contacts to get some support?

I have an inverter that doesnt want to connect to usb anymore, and the buttons on the inverter doesnt work, it just resets the lcd  and doesnt responde.(it outputs the power normaly though)

Probably some card fried?
