I have a similar isue with an h2 force bms. Has anyone had success in solving this?

I manually upload the firmware if and when an update is needed. 1 dongle can update them all (theres no need to bind the dongle to update the inverter locally, just upload the .bin files using any dongle .

Im in need of advise on the Blue mountain inverters. Any contacts to get some support? I have an inverter that doesnt want to connect to usb anymore, and the buttons on the inverter doesnt work, it just resets the lcd and doesnt responde.(it outputs the power normaly though) Probably some card fried? Im in need of some advice on a grid tied system I have. Installed a Huawei 60kw string inverter with 93x 540w pv modules 3 months ago, instead of having a reduced electricity bill, the bill doubled. Acording to the municipality the meter picks up the excess power that gets fed back into the grid as consumption ,they suggested we install a CT to limit this. My question is can this be limited on a grid tied system? I have done this on the sunsynk hybrids, but not sure about the string inverters. A)do I pull out the string inverter and drop another 100k and install a 50kw sunsynk? B)solve this som other way?? Please advise. Thanks Petrus.
