October 19, 20223 yr Hello, I attached my new Pylontec H2 force battery 7.1 kWh to my goodwe 10k-ET inverter a few days ago. First day it worked fine - second day I had a communication problem - I later found out that communication problem was between the inverter and the router. Before I found that out, I switched off the battery and the inverter and started both again. Since that the battery does only charge but not discharge any more. The Goodwe support said, that the bms would have a minimum discharge current of 18A, which of course would be wrong. I now thought about attaching the bms to my computer and use batteryview in order to see, how settings are and if I could adjust those. Pylontec support does not answer (I asked them via email how to reeset the bms to factory settings). Can anybody help me to fix that again? Thank you, regards Michael
February 9, 20233 yr Hello Michael, I have exactly the same issue; communication between inverter and BMS does not go well. Did you find a solution? I have not so far... and indeed no response from Pylontech and at Goodwe (where they say it is a known issue) they refer me to Pylontech...
