August 8, 20233 yr I bought what I THOUGHT were two SOL-I-AX-5P64 units, with the intention of parallelling them and synching them to deliver 10kW capability for my house. Unfortunately one was a SOL-I-AX-5P (no 64) - and these two units will not synch. So I sit with a complex installation that doesn't work as intended. Anybody know where I can find another SOL-I-AX-5P64? I believe they are no longer in production - so I would also be interested in a second hand unit - in good working order and physical condition.
August 8, 20233 yr As a point of interest, why not not get a second non-64 V unit? Unless you are running a flooded Trojan battery, the 64 V is just a nuisance to me, especially with the now-common 15S LFP batteries like Pylontechs. My understanding is that they are still in production, but some reseller has to request a run of them, and for whatever reason they don't seem to be as popular as the unsafe ones (with 450-500 V max PV voltage).
