August 9, 20232 yr Dear Experts, I am facing issue with this battery that my battery isn’t working with inverter Inverter brand is “ SOLARMAX” and battery is V-LFP48100-P15 48V100AH . The battery is fine but I don’t have it’s communication cable . (I don’t know that I need it for communicating with inverter). Can you pls guide how can I solve this problem?
August 9, 20232 yr What's the exact make & model of your inverter? Does it have any communication interfaces at the bottom or sides labeled "RS485" or "CAN"? Did you purchase and install the system yourself or did you engage an installer?

Yes I have .COM Port (pic attached) Did you purchase and install the system yourself or did you engage an installer Yea I purchased from market and install by myself.
