Missing battery data on Sunsynk pc browser

SYNK-IP65-BATTERY 5.12kWh and 3.6KW HYBRID INVERTER. 

A data cable is connected between PCS terminal on the single battery and CAN port on the inverter.  Battery data is displayed on Inverter Li BMS screen as shown below.  However when I try and download the battery data using the web browser screen on a pc, input the Inverter SN,  select the 'Battery' dropdown under 'Operation Data', the browser just reports 'fail'.

Any idea how I can download the battery data?
