September 7, 20232 yr Hi All Hope you are well. I need some assistance on the luxpower inverter settings. I was told that eskom is supposed to show on the inverter and then will not show when there is loadshedding. However I don't see this. I was also told that my settings on the app is that Eskom should kick in when a certain voltage is reached. Lately I also noticed on my battery the FCC has dropped to 95.1AH. Can anyone help me with what is the correct settings for my inverter and the app? I am really struggling to get this to work correctly. Thank you
September 7, 20232 yr You should start with providing your inverter and battery models and specs. It might also be a good idea to call your supplier for help.

Apologies. See attached specs. Not able to get hold of my installer at the moment. Last he said was the guy who knew the app and set it up has now disappeared. So I am checking all avenues in terms of recommended settings etc. Also can the battery fcc be changed? Why would it drop all of a sudden

Thank you Hey there, we can definitely assist you with your query. Please note that we can provide assistance, however, there is a possibility that the system might still have issues if it's related to installation. Please can you confirm how you want the system to operate and do you have panels available? If yes, please confirm the panel size, brand, and quantity of panels that are connected to the inverter. We will also assist with battery settings on the inverter. Please also note that the battery brand you have is not compatible with LuxpowerTEK so the system will have to be programmed as a lead-acid battery. Why would it drop all of a sudden I have the exact inverter and battery installed with panels. My FCC is 103,7AH and stays like that. Only SOC and RM will change as you consume energy from the battery. The arrow from the inverter will come off the house and eskom icons and show on UPS during loadshedding. See my images from the battery and inverter screens. Not sure what you meant by "Eskom should kick in when a certain voltage is reached."
