Wrong display on Deye Cloud or My Installation is not good

Dear pro members
I just installed 2x12 kW in parallel Deye Ivt. When I use Deye Cloud, Home Load is 0 and UPS Load is displayed as normally Home Load. I worry about that, plz help me

    It depends how your wiring has been done. Are all your circuits on the Essential (UPS) port? If so then all your home loads will appear as UPS / Essential. If some of your loads are not essential then they would appear under Home.

    Nothing to worry about as long as that explanation aligns with how the wiring was done

    I just followed this installation way of Deye . Beside, I have a ATS between Home Load & Backup Load, but I don’t understand why UPS load can at here ( in grid mode) . I think ups load would be valued in “ lost electric situation “, right ?
