Sunsynk and Bluenova communication issue

Featured Replies

Hello

I need urgent expert advice please, none Sunsynk or Bluenova wants to assist me. I have Sunsynk 8kw inverter with 2 BN52V-100-5.2k DU batteries connected in parallel and connected with CAN port. The system have been running for a year 100%. A Week ago the BMS on inverter just get stuck so I cant see the SOC of the batteries or what the batteries is currently doing. Rebooting the system it works again but only for like 4 hours and it freeze again. What could cause this? Sunsynk checked and they say they dont see any issue and say I have to upgrade battery firmware. Is this a inverter issue or battery issue and is it possible to upgrade firmware of batteries?

For anyone with this issue, I got it resolved by resetting my Inverter to factory default. But its also recommended from BlueNova to install a Bmac. I have ordered one just to be supported

What is a BMAC?

Its communication hub between whatever inverter you have with BlueNova batteries
