Earth bonding and now battery issue... Help!

So I woke up this morning to no electricity. The earth leakage had tripped and my inverter (synsynk) was the issue and my dyness battery was in alarm mode. 

Eventually I trace that it is the contactor that switches the earth neutral bonding (island mode) causing the issue. If I disconnect it the trip is cleared. Why it should suddenly be an issue months post install who knows. 

The bigger issue is that my dyness battery is in alarm mode and the fault won't clear. I have restarted the battery. No change. The red light is flashing and the green run light flashes but not in a consistent way. 

Anything seem immediately obvious to any of you? I'm concerned the bms is kaput
