October 23, 20232 yr Just a basic sanity check to confirm if your installation is correct. If your loads are connected to the "LOAD" port, they will be backed up and should operate even when the grid is gone. No grid reference current is needed in this off-grid mode. If your loads are connected to the "GRID" port, if the grid goes down, they will not operate, they are not backed up. Other than that, what size of loads are running under grid, and is your inverter tripping because of an overload? This would be for example if you have 7kW of loads running with pass-through from the grid, that can't be supported by the 6kW inverter alone.
October 24, 20232 yr Author Thanks greenFields, your answer is consistent with the type of system, even if the instruction booklet says that with the CT clamp it powered both the load and the grid port (but perhaps they were talking about load), I must have mistranslated the installation with CT it was in case of problems with the inverter I could not install an ATS, at the weekend when I get home I'll try again immediately thanks.

The booklet is correct that with the CT clamp you can send power to the load and the grid ports, but only the load port is permanently backed up by battery for off-grid operation. The grid port is not backed up by battery, so it can only be supported with solar or battery power as long as the grid is active. Maybe that got lost in translation. October 24, 20232 yr Author I have another question about the inverter and the gen port, but I'll make a new post thanks again
