Dear all i need help in repairing my 15kw ADA vfd. It is continiously showing OL.2 error even when only connected to grid with the loads are removed..

Hi Zaid, Can you please supply a manual? I cant reach the ADA site, seem like they either closed down, or maybe they were bought out, moved site or something.

Sir i dont have it in soft form. But i can tell you more about the error. It is define as inverter overloaded and have a direct connection with the temp sensor. I have changed it alongwith the control card but it does'nt seems to be helpfull.. one pin of the sensor is conndcted to T082I smd opamp ic and the other is directly going towards the control card through ribbon cable
