December 16, 20232 yr Does anyone know how UPS settings on inverters actually works? seems like the transfer time in less in UPS than APL, I would like to get deeper into how this works I tried it on Growatt SPF 5000 ES and some Voltronic inverters.

Yes all the manuals show that APL is around 20ms and UPS around 10ms. Both allow you to set it. Then there are others with zero time. Edited December 16, 20232 yr by Scorp007

Yes I know this, but I want to know how does the UPS works so that the transfer time is less than APL, I mean technical details

Sorry not a technical answer. Hope someone can help you.
