Pylontech battery bank communication

Hi guys

I've spent hours trying to work out how to get 4 banks of 4 Pylontech US300C batteries to communicate with each other. The battery cable wiring is fine, I'm trying to understand how each bank communicates with the others.

I think I've found the diagram.

My question is - are these standard LAN cables and where does the indicated cable actually go to?
