July 14, 20242 yr Hi, i have in service inverter for repair, I found some igbt faults, I changed them all (even the ones that were good), I checked if there are drivers that control the IGBTs, they seem to be ok, however, the inverter does not connect to the grid, it does not inject power into the grid network, it tries to it reconnects every 30 seconds but without success. I do not receive any errors on the display or in the application. I'm already stuck, I don't know what else to check, that's why I'm looking for a service manual or any little help can be a big help. I used the oscilloscope to measure the input signals on the IGBTs, they seem to be ok, the problem is that they appear for a fraction of a second and disappear, very difficult to see on my oscilloscope. I measured the rest of the voltages that appear written on the motherboard, they are there too, the BUS voltage appears before trying to connect to the Grid Thanks!
