If gd32 is OK cau use may post to repair using jtag. If you get error F32 try the other one 80.31 sv4 display.hex 36.01_good 5648.hex

only 10 mosfet's for 6,2kw, this is vary bad!

Error F90 is not from display board, check serial in control board (check eeprom, change if need), check power source SPS and also i find error on mppt board (check TL072).

Check the capacitors on the SPS source output, and especially check if the LM7912 stabilizer is working within the parameters. Also check the insulation of the panels to ground, it is very possible that there are voltage leaks somewhere, measure + and - from the panels to ground disconnected from the inverter. This happens in rainy weather.This defect occurs for several reasons, mainly due to the paths in the fuse area which can be interrupted if the fuse heats up for certain reasons (poor quality or the nuts are not tightened properly). The same defect but followed by other error codes can occur due to the SPS source where there are devalued capacitors and especially the failure of the -12V stabilizer (LM7912)

V IV and V II models 5,6kw and 5Kw use individual driver for each chanelHI, i need firmware for easun sv iv 6kw with 28335_DSPI can replace uC, but i don't find firmware with bootloader to write via jtag, also can't read from good control boardHi, i have in service inverter for repair, I found some igbt faults, I changed them all (even the ones that were good), I checked if there are drivers that control the IGBTs, they seem to be ok, however, the inverter does not connect to the grid, it does not inject power into the grid network, it tries to it reconnects every 30 seconds but without success. I do not receive any errors on the display or in the application. I'm already stuck, I don't know what else to check, that's why I'm looking for a service manual or any little help can be a big help. I used the oscilloscope to measure the input signals on the IGBTs, they seem to be ok, the problem is that they appear for a fraction of a second and disappear, very difficult to see on my oscilloscope.
