Hi everyone, I need help again.

 

My Luxpower SNA5000 SA version is working fine. It has two PV inputs and four 160 AH lead-acid batteries that are charged by the PV. However, when I switch off the main input supply, the output power goes off and doesn't feed the house. Please note that I only connected the positive terminal in the output supply and not the neutral terminal because when I did that with my Tiger inverter, it exploded. Please advise on this.
