Thanks again. 😊 As you can see, around 12 hours in the afternoon, the PV power is not much, even though I have solar capacity. It's 550 watts x 8. ☀️ I've got 4 batteries x 150 Ah in parallel. 🔋🔋🔋🔋 Can you check the settings? Are they okay, or do I need to change them to 600 ah?

Hi everyone! ☀️ I have an 8 x 550-watt solar panel system with two strings. Last year, I installed PV cables with 2.5 mm electrical cables. So far, everything has been working fine, but recently, load shedding in Zambia has gotten worse, with almost 24 hours of no power. 😫 I'm relying on solar power and batteries, but some of them are starting to give out in the early mornings. 🆘 I need to replace the PV cables to reduce power loss from the panels to my Luxpower inverter. Can anyone help me decide whether to use 4 mm or 6 mm cables? 🤔 Thanks in advance! 🙏 #SolarPower #LoadShedding #Zambia
  7. Hi everyone, With my luxpower sna5000 I've contacted 4 battery bank x 150 Ah.all working smoothly, but in settings should I tick battery in parallel or leave blank? Since I tick in parallel the battery the voltage sowing less.
  8. Hi all, My Luxpower SNA5000 inverter is working well, but I noticed that with good PV input voltage, the batteries are also feeding into the utility. During load shedding times, it sometimes runs out of power. I need the best settings for the battery to charge by PV and stay on standby until load shedding hours. Please assist me with some settings. I will be thankful.
  9. Thanks all, I did change my dongle now it's working.
  10. Thanks, sir. I will come back after asking the supplier.
  11. Hi everyone, my Luxpower SNA5000 inverter is working normally, but the Wi-Fi dongle keeps saying in the monitoring APK that this dongle number is existing. (It came with the inverter box and is brand new.) I did a factory reset by following some posts, and the local connection is done, but it failed to go online. Please help me again.
  12. Hi, in addition, I have noticed that here in Zambia, we combine earth and neutral with the same neutral bar in the main DB box. It seems that isolating this can resolve the issue.
  13. Thanks, sir, for clarifying all the issues. I think the best way forward would be to call an experienced electrician who can resolve it. My old Tiger generator was running smoothly with only a single live phase to connect to the DB box. Since I bought the new Luxpower inverter, I thought I'd ask for more advice.
  14. Thanks, sir. After seeing this diagram, it's easy to install it.
  15. Bro, Thanks, it's working when power is on,but as i switch off main power utility power is cutting off ,is it because of I haven't contacted natural?
  16. Hi everyone, I need help again. My Luxpower SNA5000 SA version is working fine. It has two PV inputs and four 160 AH lead-acid batteries that are charged by the PV. However, when I switch off the main input supply, the output power goes off and doesn't feed the house. Please note that I only connected the positive terminal in the output supply and not the neutral terminal because when I did that with my Tiger inverter, it exploded. Please advise on this.
